About This Project

To learn more about how the integration of HIV nutrition related counseling into outpatient clinics and how to support patients who are facing food and nutrition insecurity in clinics in order to support reduce diet-related cancer among people living with HIV.

Goals

Research Objectives

1

To identify perceived barriers and facilitators to the implementation of a NEAC intervention among healthcare workers (HCWs) in HIV Clinics

2

To obtain feedback on potential changes to a NEAC intervention for F/V (e.g., acceptability, appeal, preference, and usefulness of materials, including educational handouts) among PWH

3

To identify changes to the training manual, study protocol, and structure of the NEAC intervention for F/V to be adapted to PWH who are outpatients at HIV clinics in Uganda
